House rules
Casablanca is for everyone up for a good night. To keep it that way — for you, the other guests and our staff — a few ground rules. They apply to everyone equally.
Entry
• Minimum age is 18. ID is required whenever (security) staff ask for it. • Follow staff instructions promptly. • If you're visibly under the influence of alcohol or drugs, we'll refuse entry. • We may refuse entry on the grounds of unsuitable clothing. • We reserve the right to refuse groups.
Behaviour
• A relaxed attitude is the baseline. Aggression in tone or behaviour means no entry. • Everyone is welcome, regardless of background, gender, religion or culture. We expect that same tolerant, positive attitude from you. • Behaviour others experience as disruptive, threatening or unwanted: first a warning, then removal if it continues — and no entry in future. • Disruptive gatherings of three or more people are not allowed and may lead to removal after a warning. • When leaving the club: no noise, vandalism, litter or public urination.
Not allowed
• Bringing your own drinks or food. • Bringing photo or video cameras without permission from management. • Using or dealing (hard) drugs is strictly forbidden. Use results in removal; dealing or possession above the legally permitted amount means we call the police and confiscate the goods. • Blunt, stabbing or firearms. Any weapons found are confiscated and handed to the police; entry is refused in future as well. • If a crime is caught in the act, we reserve the right to detain the offender and hand them over to the police.
Safety & liability
• See someone unwell, or notice problems or misconduct? Alert our staff — never step in yourself. • The cloakroom is at your own risk. We accept no liability for loss, theft or damage to coats or other items (including items in coat pockets). • Casablanca excludes liability for any personal or material damage during your visit. • In various spots we produce more than 85 dB(A) of sound. We exclude liability for hearing damage; your visit is at your own risk. • At Casablanca we take photos and video for promotion (website, socials, flyers). By entering, you consent to these being made and published.
